Author Guidelines

IJISEM Journals aims to enhance the user-friendliness of article submissions and ensure effective compliance with citation metrics.

Before Submission

• Please write the article in current events and trends.Including a greater number of co-authors, particularly those from abroad, will enhance the quality and visibility of your article.
• Preference is given to original, empirical research articles rather than conceptual or case studies.
• Article(s) should be submitted in an electronic format MS word (version 2003 and above) in A4, Times New Roman , Font size: 12, the Line spacing of 1.5, and margin 1 inch for all sides.
• The title of the article must be short and meaningful.
• Place biographical information (name, professional title in lower case, employer(s), city, and state) below the article title. 
• If the authors are from several institutions, provide details of each authors.  
• With the exception of page numbers, headers and footers are not mandatory.
• In general, the article should depict an abstract of 200-250 words with a minimum of six keywords.
• Abstract followed by Introduction, Review of Literature, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Research gap & Conclusion. The text should not exceed 5000 words.
• Inline references must be used, and references given are using IEEE style manager.
• Pre-check the plagiarism level and ensure it must be below 20%.
• All tables, figures, and equations must be appropriately numbered.
• Pictures and diagrams must be original in nature and send the files in .jpeg for .tif format.
• All figures, tables and illustrations should be placed at the appropriate points along with the text, rather than at the end.
• Wherever available, URLs for the references and biographical statements have been provided.
• For comprehensive information regarding article retraction, article withdrawal, and related policies, we advise you to visit our website for detailed guidance and protocols.

During Submission

• To submit your work, authors can create an account on the Journal website and utilize the submission link.
• The Login button is used by existing account holders.
• To access your account, enter your username and password.
• An article’s information, including its title, authors, abstract, and references, must be submitted in the first phase.
• To submit your whole article, use the upload menu.
• The authors will get an automated confirmation email from IJISEM after the submission is successfully made.
• Access your article’s progress and reviewers’ comments and directions on the IJISEM website using your login and password.
• Go to our website’s archives under the issues menu to see the published article.
• Using the Article Status option on our website, you can quickly see how your article is progressing.
• editor@ijisem.com is the email address to contact at the Journal office if you need more information or a print copy.

After Submission

• Please note that the ‘Article Selection Procedure’ must be completed before an acceptance letter with the article’s volume and issue can be provided to the corresponding author’s email ID.
• The email address of the corresponding author will be notified of the volume and issue in which the paper is published.
• Authors’ subscriptions and orders to our journal in no way bind us to publish the works they submit.
• The article selection process is based entirely on merit and quality.
• The Editor’s decision is final on the published article.
• No contact or recommendations are allowed regarding the article’s publishing.
• In accordance with (CC BY-SA 4.0), writers are free to deposit their published works in institutional repositories as well as any other reputable indexing and repository services, while maintaining copyright.
• Notify your internet and social media friends, co-workers, and academics that you have published an article. Your web visibility will be enhanced. This will increase the number of times your articles are cited.
