Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy
This journal operates on an open access model, thereby allowing unrestricted access to all published content without any financial barriers for users or their affiliated institutions. Readers are granted permission to freely read, copy, download, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, and to utilize them for any legitimate purpose, without requiring prior consent from the publisher or the authors. This policy aligns with the principles outlined in the BOAI(Budapest Open Access Initiative), a public declaration established on February 14, 2002, which advocates for open access to scholarly research literature.
