The recent amalgamation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and knowledge Management (KM) is propelling the organization’s ability to manage and utilize information. AI applications that include machine learning, intelligent agents and natural language processing automate the process of capturing, storing, retrieving and disseminating knowledge. These advancements enable better discovery, contextualization and application of knowledge, which promotes innovation and competitive advantage. Through AI technologies, huge volumes of raw data can be converted into useful insights for supporting decision-making processes as well as strategic planning. Additionally, KM systems based on AI contribute to continuous learning culture at an organization because they offer smooth access to relevant expertise from anywhere in a given organization. This integration between AI and KM aligns operations within an organization but also fosters cooperation with sharing information across the system that leads to better problem solving for agility in an organization. The future relationship between KM and Artificial intelligence industry will evolve further as AI continues to grow in importance making it critical for businesses on how they should handle their intellectual property assets. AI also helps in the collection and implementation of GST.
