By 2047, as India envisions itself as "Viksit Bharat," commerce and management will be fundamentally transformed by the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). AI will revolutionizee-commerce, supply chain management, and financial services, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. In management, AI will redefine decision-making, streamline human resource functions, and drive strategic growth by providing data-driven insights. These advancements will help bridge the urban-rural divide by bringing quality services to rural areasand fostering socio-economic development. Despite concerns about job displacement, AI will create new opportunities, necessitating significant investment in reskilling and upskilling the workforce. Ethical considerations and inclusivity will be crucial in ensuring AI technologies are transparent, unbiased, and accessible to all. The Indian government’s role in promoting research, fostering entrepreneurship, and building digital infrastructure will be vital in harnessing AI's
full potential. By strategically embracing AI,India can achieve its vision of a prosperous andequitable Viksit Bharat by 2047.
