Emerging artificial intelligence capabilities are predicted to have a significant impact on practically all aspects of organizational activities, including knowledge management. This article investigates the opportunities that result from incorporating AI-powered technologies into knowledge management. It investigates how AI may help with important knowledge management operations such as knowledge production, storage and retrieval, sharing, and applications. The essay also provides practical techniques for increasing collaboration between humans and AI to improve knowledge management activities within enterprises.
