Abstract

राजनीतिक जागरूकता लोकतांत्रिक भागीदारी और सामाजिक प्रगति के लिए मौलिक है। यह समीक्षा पत्र युवाओं में राजनीतिक चेतना के महत्व की खोज करता है और उनकी भागीदारी को प्रभावित करने वाले कारकों की जांच करता है। मौजूदा अध्ययनों से संकेत मिलता है कि युवा व्यक्तियों में राजनीतिक जागरूकता की अलग-अलग डिग्री होती है, लेकिन लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रियाओं में उनकी सक्रिय भागीदारी सीमित रहती है। सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति, शिक्षा और राजनीतिक प्रवचन के संपर्क में आना राजनीतिक भागीदारी को आकार देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। सोशल मीडिया के बढ़ते प्रभाव ने राजनीतिक जागरूकता को बदल दिया है, जिससे युवाओं को सूचना और प्रवचन के लिए मंच उपलब्ध हो गए हैं। हालाँकि, गलत सूचना, राजनीतिक ध्रुवीकरण और अलगाव जैसी चुनौतियाँ प्रभावी भागीदारी में बाधा डालती हैं। शोध से पता चलता है कि नागरिक साक्षरता कार्यक्रम, शैक्षिक सुधार और सामुदायिक आउटरीच सहित लक्षित हस्तक्षेप राजनीतिक प्रभावकारिता को बढ़ा सकते हैं और सक्रिय भागीदारी को बढ़ावा दे सकते हैं। निष्कर्ष राजनीतिक ज्ञान और कार्रवाई के बीच अंतर को कम करने के लिए नीति निर्माताओं, शिक्षकों और नागरिक समाज संगठनों के बीच सहयोगात्मक प्रयासों की आवश्यकता पर जोर देते हैं। इन बाधाओं को दूर करने से युवाओं को लोकतांत्रिक शासन में सार्थक रूप से योगदान करने के लिए सशक्त बनाया जा सकता है, जिससे अधिक सूचित और सक्रिय नागरिक सुनिश्चित हो सकते हैं।
